Hallmarks -- skin lesion ruptured and produce pulpable purpura.
Eg seen in -:
•) Henoch schonlien purpura -
- classically seen in childrens.
- It is a inflammatory disorder in which aggregation of IgA, may deposit in many parts of body like Lungs, Joints, Kidney. And activate Compliment system.
•) Cryoglobulinemia - develop some abnormal antibody in blood & activate the low temperature & stick to the endothelium and cause Vasculitis lesions.
•) Connective tissue disorder - (SLE).
•) Malignancy.
( * Leukocytoclastic Vasculitis - In some are ( typicaly post capillary venules ), only infiltrated neutrophill may under go apoptosis.
